OWN A PIECE OF HISTORY! |
Do you think you could figure this out without a Shop Manual or Wiring Diagrams?? When FIAT left the US in the 1980's, we were given exclusive permission to continue to reproduce and provide Shop Manuals, Wiring Diagrams and other Technical Literature necessary for the proper service and operation of the cars. Below you will find the widest selection
available of accurate information for
your car... now those mysteries can be solved!
Our manual has COLOR pages where the original manual did, our competitors only reproduce black & white.
WIRING DIAGRAMS FOR 131 & BRAVAS
the following wiring diagrams for fuel-injected cars
WEBER 32ADFA CARBURETOR SERVICE MANUAL
- Is your 1975 to 1978 131
running a bit "off"? Have a rough idle or hard starting? Lack of power or
poor gas mileage? These and other running problems are covered and
diagnosed in this manual. Written by Fiat North America when the cars were
still sold "new", it covers the description, operation, checks and adjustments
while rebuilding, checks and adjustments on the car and troubleshooting of
the ADFA line of carburetors.
- Is your fuel-injected car running a bit "off"? Have a rough idle or hard starting? Lack of power or poor gas mileage? These and other running problems are covered and diagnosed component by component in this manual. Written by Fiat North America when the cars were still sold "new", the best part about this manual is that all you need is a test light and volt-ohm meter to do virtually all the testing on every individual fuel injection component! This is exactly the information you need to diagnosis your car right in your own garage or driveway. The material in this manual is not covered in any other manual, so if it's a specific fuel injection problem you are dealing with, this is a "must have". Covers 1980 to 1981 fuel injected Brava, 1980 to 1985 fuel-injected Fiat/Pininfarina Spiders and 1980 to 1988 fuel-injected Fiat/Bertone X1/9 models.
- Another great manual written by Fiat North America when the cars were still sold "new". A 57 page, fully illustrated analysis of the operation of the automatic transmission, explanation of operation, maintenance, fluid flow charts and schematics. Shows procedures for removal, complete disassembly, overhauling, adjusting, reassembly and installation of the automatic transmission used on the 131 models. - Another great manual written by Fiat North America when the cars were still sold "new". Gives complete technical specifications, removal and installation instructions, disassembly, inspection and assembly instructions with shim selection, backlash check and tooth contact pattern check procedures. Each individual procedure is well documented with specific instructions and an average of three photos and/or diagrams or drawings on each of the 20 pages. Covers 1979-on 2000 Fiat/Pininfarina Spiders and 1979-on 131/Brava models.
JERRARI PERFORMANCE EQUIPMENT CATALOG
- Starting in 1969, Jerrari Equipment in Redondo Beach, CA offered a line of performance parts
and accessories for Fiat 124 Spiders and Coupes. Those of you old enough
may remember their ads in the back of Road & Track and Car & Driver. After
two years they published their first parts and accessories catalog in
August 1971 and this is it! They have performance heads, cams, dual Weber
40DCN's, pistons, tuned headers (for $79.95 !), shocks, roll bars and
whole bunch more fun stuff. What a blast to see the state of Fiat
high-performance from nearly 40 years ago! By the way, you can't make it
out on the thumbnail image, but the 124 Coupe on the cover has the
California personalized license plate "FIAT".

OWN A PIECE OF HISTORY! -
After FIAT ceased selling cars in the US
in 1982 they stayed several years to provide replacement parts here in the
US. In 1990 they sold off the parts business to Import Parts America (IPA)
out of Fremont, CA and left the US behind.
IPA made a nice attempt at doing some
marketing and one of the things they did was to provide a "community"
newsletter. In exchange for your address, year and model of car they would
send you a quarterly newsletter. This newsletter was a great idea, but
after three issues or so it folded.
What we have here is the original, initial
Volume 1, Issue 1 FIAT BRAVO NEWSLETTER from the Fall of 1990. This is NOT a copy or
reprint but the actual newsletter itself printed almost 20 years ago.
This is an incredible look at the FIAT scene
two decades ago and has articles on FIAT's history since 1899, "Affordable
Classic Cars", maintaining your convertible top, adjusting headlamps.
paint maintenance, a great technical Q & A, and pictures & descriptions of
various owner's cars: Scorpions, 124's, 850's and more.
This is the original, oversized 8 page
Newsletter Volume 1, Issue 1, dated Fall of 1990. Quantities are limited
so order it now.
OWN A PIECE OF HISTORY! (part 2)
These are ORIGINAL FIAT/LANCIA price books, not
copies or reprints so quantities are of course limited.
