Virtually every Fiat 850 we see is long overdue for a change of transmission oil. The
factory recommends a change every 18,000 miles and we recommend a change immediately after you purchase a used car - no telling how long it's been in there.
Redline 75W-90 Synthetic Gear Oil is designed to provide the highest degree of protection and efficiency for transmissions. COOLING SYSTEM PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT
Let's face it... 850's are known to run "hot". That tiny cooling system is struggling all the time to keep up with that high revving engine. Red Line WaterWetter® Supercoolant is a unique wetting agent for cooling systems which can reduce coolant temperatures by as much as 10°F to 30°F. It can be added to any new or used antifreeze to improve the heat transfer of ethylene and propylene glycol systems. Designed for types of cooling systems, Red Line WaterWetter® will provide the proper corrosion inhibition for all cooling system metals, including aluminum, cast iron, steel, copper, brass, and lead. This is especially important for 850's where an aluminum head is bolted to a steel block.

FUEL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE INFORMATION
The #1 trouble with all fuel systems is dirt and clogging, another well known 850 problem. Hard starting, rough idle, poor mileage and lack of power or response are all signs of this problem.
Red Line SI-1 Fuel Injector Cleaner contains the most powerful high-temperature detergents available to clean fuel systems. The cleansing of deposits can raise fuel economy 12% or more, depending on the condition of your fuel system. SI-1 also contains detergents and a synthetic upper cylinder head lubricant which will clean the intake valves, pollution control valves and combustion deposits. Also, SI-1 removes water from the fuel thereby protecting the fuel system components from rust. The 16 ounce bottle will treat up to 25 gallons of fuel.

Agip Dot 4 HIGH PERFORMANCE BRAKE FLUID
(Agip is the large, Italian lubricants company whose products
are recommended by FIAT, just look in your Owner's Manual)Agip BRAKE FLUID DOT 4 is expressly designed for use in all disc and drum brake systems and in clutch control systems. It is specifically suitable for those cases where the brake system is subject to very severe operation conditions such as "track" days, cars pulling trailers, commercial vehicles, etc. With it's high boiling point, Agip Brake Fluid can be used with absolute safety, even when the brake system is subject to particularly high temperatures. Agip Brake also resists harmful contamination from moisture which can cause vapor lock, and its high boiling point remains within safe limits even when moisture is present in the brake circuit. It is non-corrosive to metals used in brake circuits, and to rubber seals and gaskets. It has good lubricating and antiwear properties and safely mixes with all DOT 3 and DOT 4 brake fluids.
